Sushant Singh Rajput's family has already opposed the OTT streaming of the biopic 'Nyai: The Justice'. Sushant's family approached the court to stop the streaming of this movie, but the court refused to ban it. It is his desire that Sushant's father has now approached the High Court. Sushant Singh Rajput's father's lawyer Varun Singh argued in the court that the film not only violates the personality rights of the actor but also violates the privacy of the family members, which they are not ready to accept. On the other hand, the lawyer for the producers of the film said that the right to privacy cannot be claimed after the death of a person. The matter is subjudice and the court asked everyone to file their reply on the appeal. Sushant's father says that many people are writing movies, web series and books on Sushant without his permission. Sushant's father expressed his concern that by doing this, his son's dignity, his privacy and rights are exploited🎥🎞️
