TL;DR: Venezuela has welcomed 190 deported citizens as part of its "Return to the Homeland" plan, following an agreement between President Nicolás Maduro and U.S. envoy Richard Grenell. This move comes amid U.S. mass deportations under President Donald Trump.

Hey folks! Guess what? Venezuela just welcomed back 190 of its peeps who were deported from the U.S. This is all part of the "Return to the Homeland" plan, which aims to help Venezuelans come back home safely and get back on their feet.

This all kicked off after a meeting on January 31 between President Nicolás Maduro and Richard Grenell, the U.S. special envoy. They chatted about making sure deportees are treated with respect and dignity. Maduro even proposed an "Agenda Zero" to restart friendly relations with the U.S. based on mutual respect.

The Venezuelan government says many folks left the country because of economic sanctions and psychological warfare against them. So far, about 900,000 people have returned through this initiative. Maduro emphasized that returning migrants will get all the healthcare and support they need, saying, "This is everyone's homeland, here are your brothers and sisters."

Upon arrival, the deportees were greeted by Diosdado Cabello, the Secretary of Interior and Justice, with the national anthem playing. He encouraged them to work towards building the nation together.

MediaFx Opinion: This move by Venezuela to welcome back its citizens is a step towards unity and rebuilding. It's crucial to support our fellow citizens and work together for a better future. Let's stand in solidarity and ensure that everyone gets a fair chance to contribute to our society.
