TL;DR: Telangana CM Revanth Reddy spoke at the Public Affairs Forum of India Conference in Delhi, inviting investors to act as brand ambassadors for the state. He presented the Telangana Vision Document 2047, promising big infrastructure projects like metro expansion, elevated corridors, and the Regional Ring Road. He stressed Hyderabad’s strong history, called for sustainable industries, and assured safety for investments.

At the Delhi conference, CM Revanth Reddy gave a high-energy talk, saying Telangana is not just the youngest state in India but also one with a grand past. He invited investors with open arms, saying “Come, invest, and be our brand ambassadors”. He assured that every rupee invested in Telangana will be safe and backed by the government.
He launched the Telangana Vision Document 2047, aimed at overall development. The state will be planned into three zones – core urban, semi-urban, and rural.
In Hyderabad’s core urban areas, polluting industries will be shifted outside to keep the air clean.
Semi-urban zones will be developed into manufacturing hubs, creating more jobs for the youth.
Rural areas will focus on agriculture, infrastructure, and sustainable growth.
Big projects are also lined up:
Metro expansion: From 70 km to 150 km, doubling Hyderabad’s network.
Elevated corridors: To cut down city traffic.
Regional Ring Road: To link towns and speed up trade.
Bharat Future City: A futuristic hub planned for long-term growth.
CM Revanth said political willpower is crucial for governance and added that Telangana’s focus is to create opportunities for the next generations.
From people’s perspective, the plan sounds ambitious. But the main question is – will these projects really generate jobs for youth and farmers, or will they only benefit big corporates?
👉 MediaFx POV: The development roadmap looks exciting, but the real test is whether farmers, workers, and ordinary citizens see real benefits. Telangana must ensure fair wages, affordable housing, and long-term jobs instead of only making Hyderabad more corporate-friendly.
