š„šØāš³ Chickpea flour is one of the things that we use regularly. Many types of sweets, snacks, breakfast and chutneys can be made with chickpea flour. Now let's know how to make this Basin Dokla and what are the required ingredients.

šš Ingredients required for Besan Dokla: š¾ gram flour, š§ salt, šæ turmeric, šÆ oil, š§ baking powder.
š½ļøš„ Besan Dokla seasoning Ingredients: š¶ļøš Finely chopped green chillies, š Curry powder, šÆ Oil, š Salt, š¾ Mustard, š§ Water, šÆ Sugar, š Lemon juice.
š²š„ Method of preparation:
First put gram flour, salt and turmeric in a bowl. Pour some water in it and mix it without lumps.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
After that, add a little oil, a little baking powder or Eno to the gram flour mixture and mix well again. Cook the gram flour on medium flame till it boils.
After that turn off the stove. Take out the plate and cut the dokla in the desired shape.
Now let's prepare for the lock. Put another pan on the stove and put some ghee or oil in it. Once the oil is heated, add mustard greens, green chillies and curry leaves and fry. After they are cooked, add some water, add salt and mix. After the water boils, put a spoon of sugar and turn off the stove. Next add lemon juice and mix it. Now put it on the dokla.
