Ajay Devgn’s comedy entertainer Dhamaal 4 has continued its steady theatrical run despite showing a sharp weekday slowdown during its second week.

The film had earned an estimated ₹129.33 crore net in India by Day 12, while its worldwide gross had already crossed ₹174.20 crore by the end of Day 11. Final Day 12 figures were still being updated at the time of reporting. (The Times of India)

Day 12 Collection

According to early tracking cited by The Times of India, Dhamaal 4 collected approximately ₹1.58 crore net on Day 12 from 5,708 shows.

This took its estimated domestic net collection to ₹129.33 crore, placing the film within touching distance of the ₹130 crore benchmark. (The Times of India)

Second Weekend Boost

After completing its first week with ₹96 crore net in India, the comedy entered the ₹100 crore club on Day 8.

Collections then rose strongly over the second weekend:

  • Day 8: ₹5.50 crore

  • Day 9: ₹10.25 crore

  • Day 10: ₹12.75 crore

  • Day 11: ₹3.25 crore

  • Day 12 early estimate: ₹1.58 crore

The second Sunday pushed the film’s worldwide gross close to ₹170 crore before it crossed ₹174 crore on Monday. (The Times of India)

Competition From The Odyssey

The film is reportedly facing increased competition for premium screens from Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, which arrived in theatres on July 17.

Despite losing some screens and witnessing the usual weekday decline, Dhamaal 4 has continued to attract audiences, particularly because of its established comedy franchise and ensemble cast. (The Times of India)
