Terror Attack in Jammu's Reasi Lashkar-e-Taiba Behind the Incident 🚨

In a shocking incident on Sunday, a terrorist attack occurred in Reasi, Jammu, carried out by the Pakistan-backed terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). The attackers opened fire on a bus carrying pilgrims to the Vaishno Devi temple. The bus subsequently plunged into a gorge, resulting in the deaths of 9 people and severe injuries to 33 others.

The Resistance Front (TRF), a faction of LeT, claimed responsibility for the attack. Notably, this attack coincided with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's third term oath-taking ceremony. Around a dozen terrorists, including Pakistani nationals, infiltrated the Rajouri-Poonch forest area in multiple groups.

The Poonch-Rajouri sector has seen frequent clashes between security forces and terrorists over the past five years, highlighting the ongoing security challenges in the region.
