It is known that Bigg Boss fame Shanmukh Jaswant was found red-handed by the police while consuming ganja in his flat on Thursday (February 22). Shanmukh was found with ganja by the Narsinghi police who went to question his brother about his affair with a young woman. Shanmukh and his brother Sampath Vinay were detained by the police. After that, it was reported that the medical tests showed that Shanmukh had consumed ganja.
Now it seems that Shanmukh Jaswant has come out on bail. Lawyer Kalyan Dilip Sunkara Tan informed this through a Facebook post. Only Shanmukh is in that photo. His brother Sampath Vinay was missing. It is not clear whether he got bail or not. However, Narsinghi ACP Ramana Goud clarified about the sections under which the case was registered against Shanmukh Jaswant.
"ACP Ramana said that it is true that cannabis was found in Shanmukh Jaswant's house. A young woman from Vizag filed a complaint against Shanmukh's brother saying that he cheated on her and left her sexually using him saying that he would marry her. She said that they were staying at Prajtis Homes in Hyderabad. When she went there with that complaint, Shanmukh was also found in the house. ACP Ramana Goud said.
"The quantity of ganja found is very small. However, even small amount of ganja is a crime. But the sections are different. We have registered a case as part of it. The investigation is on. What kind of punishment should be clarified. There are charges against Shanmukh's brother Sampath Vinay. So, "We will definitely take action against him. The girl came looking for the boy in Vizag and filed a case here. If we find that the case does not come under our purview after examining everything, we will transfer it to Vizag," said the ACP.
Meanwhile, Shanmukh Jaswant came out on bail. The related photo is going viral on social media. Shanmukh's lawyer Kalyan Dilip Sunkar posted this photo. However, many people are leaving negative comments on this post. Others are happy that Shanmukh Jaswant is very happy to come out.
