Fortification is the addition of artificial vitamins to increase the nutritional value of ration rice. Rice is converted into flour and vitamins like iron, folic acid, vitamin B12 are added. One kg of fortified rice kennels is added for every 99 kg of rice. It is filled in bags and stored in FCI and distributed to people through ration shops. 🛒👩‍🌾✨
