Superstar Mahesh Babu, who last appeared in the film Guntur Kaaram, which unfortunately didn't do well at the box office, is now gearing up for an international movie directed by the legendary S.S. Rajamouli. This project will be a significant milestone for both Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli, marking their first pan-world movie. Fans are eagerly waiting, expecting Mahesh Babu to deliver another blockbuster. The film, an adventure movie, is being produced by Dr. K.L. Narayana with an estimated budget ranging from ā¹1500 crores to ā¹2000 crores. Rajamouli plans to release it in multiple languages globally.
Despite his recent films not being pan-India releases, Mahesh Babu has set a new record in the non-pan India category. No other hero has achieved this feat. Even though Guntur KaaramĀ directed by Trivikram Srinivas was a flop, it still managed to garner a share of ā¹111.81 crores. Before this, Sarkaru Vaari PaataĀ directed by Parasuram also didnāt perform well but held up due to Mahesh Babuās name, collecting a share of ā¹110.12 crores. Sarileru Neekevvaru, directed by Anil Ravipudi, brought in ā¹138.78 crores.
Maharshi, directed by Vamsi Paidipally, was a box office hit with a share of ā¹104.58 crores. Before Maharshi, Bharat Ane NenuĀ directed by Koratala Siva also achieved ā¹101 crores in share. In total, Mahesh Babuās last five films have collectively earned ā¹566.29 crores in share. This remarkable achievement in the non-pan India category has set a new benchmark, according to film analysts. No one has been able to match this record so far, and many believe it will remain unbroken for a long time.
