Consuming the right amount of fruits on a daily basis can check many health problems. š« Many people are currently suffering from excess weight. Such people can lose weight easily by including fruits in their diet.

So it is better to take protein, whole grains and fruits together. š š Do not overeat: Don't eat too much fruit or anything. Because fruits are high in calories and sugars. So you need to eat in the proper amount keeping in mind to lose weight. š š„ Don't rely on fruits alone: The mistake many people make is that they don't show interest in breakfast and lunch because they are eating fruits. š« But this is very wrong.
