It causes problems like mood swings, sadness, depression and anxiety.

Vitamin D is also related to neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters work to regulate emotions in the brain. When vitamin D is insufficient, the function of neurotransmitters is impaired. This can cause problems related to mental stress. Prolonged sadness can lead to depression and headaches.

How to avoid this danger..

Spend 15-20 minutes in the sun every day

Eat fish, egg yolk, mushrooms

Consume milk and milk products

Take vitamin D supplements as prescribed by your doctor

First.. do a health test to know about vitamin D.. so that its deficiency can be detected at the right time.
