🏞️🛕 CM KCR has decided to develop Yadagirigutta, a holy place, on the pattern of Tirumala. 💪 The main temple was rebuilt at a cost of 1200 crore rupees. Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority (YTDA) has been constituted by the government for the development of the temple. 🏗️ Collected 900 acres on Peddagutta for a Tirumala-style temple (temple city) city. 🏞️ YTDA has designed the villas in the name of the temple city to bring spiritual beauty to the country.

🏟️ In this, various flowers, plants and greenery have been nurtured in around 30 acres in the construction of roads and the design of spiritual pleasant premises. 🌺 YTDA has divided the temple city which is being built on Peddagutta into five blocks. 🔀 252 villas will be built in these blocks. 🏘️ YTDA plans designed that each villa has an area of 900-1000 square yards with four bedrooms. 💒 Delhi-based well-known company Arcop has prepared the plans for the design and construction of villas and cottages in Temple City, Peddagutta. 🏢 This company has designed the police command control in Hyderabad. 👮 YTDA has estimated the Temple City being built on Peddagutta.

👷 State Government YTDA has already built some cottages in Temple City in an area of 13 acres. 🚧 CM KCR is regularly reviewing the construction of these villas with the officials. 🚀 Officials are preparing plans to take up construction works of villas soon. 🔍
