GHMC has good news for double bedroom beneficiaries. It has decided to provide wired broadband and cable TV connections at subsidized rates under the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) scheme. This facility is applicable to all existing and new housing blocks, it said. The setup box cost for cable TV connection is Rs. 200 and the price of the router is Rs. 1,000 will not exceed. They have a warranty period of one year.
Charges for internet connection:
5 Mbps Unlimited Max Price Rs. 200/month
30 Mbps Unlimited Max Price Rs. 300/month
50 Mbps Unlimited Max Price Rs. 400/month
100 Mbps Unlimited Max Price Rs. 500/month
Recently, minister Ponnam Prabhakar said that double bedroom houses will be distributed to the deserving people in Hyderabad soon. It has been revealed that the construction of double bedroom houses has already been completed in seven areas...those double bedroom houses will be allotted to the deserving people in coordination with the GHMC officials. The time for the Lok Sabha elections is approaching. There is no time for another 3 months. If the election notification is received, the Election Code will come into force. Then it is not possible to give houses. Therefore, it seems that the government's idea is to make the distribution before the notification. 🏡✨
