First Udyoga Ratna award to Ratan Tata..

Renowned industrialist Ratan Tata has received a rare honour. Government of Maharashtra honored Ratan Tata with Udyoga Ratna Award. To this extent, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar who went to his house on Saturday presented the award. With the intention of honoring the industrialists who have rendered special services in the fields of employment generation and industry, the Maharashtra government has decided to give an award called Udyoga Ratna from this year. It is in this context that the first Udyog Ratna Award was presented to 85-year-old Ratan Tata.
