"Adipurush" recently hit the screens with high expectations but faced severe criticism. Directed by Bollywood filmmaker Om Raut, the movie starred the young rebel star Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, with Saif Ali Khan in a key role. Based on the epic Ramayana, Prabhas portrayed Ram, Kriti Sanon played Sita, and Saif Ali Khan portrayed Ravana. While the actors impressed with their performances, the director, Om Raut, faced backlash for certain mistakes, particularly the dialogues spoken by Hanuman. In response to the criticism, writer Manoj Muntashir, who penned the dialogues, defended his work but also found himself in trouble after commenting that Hanuman is not a real god but a devotee. However, he recently apologized, acknowledging the hurt sentiments caused by the movie. Taking to social media, he tweeted, "I agree that people's sentiments have been hurt by the movie Adipurush. For that, I offer my unconditional apology to all the people. May Prabhu Bajrang Bali keep us united... give us strength to serve our holy orthodox and great nation."
