USC ricket Team Announcement: Half of T20 World Cup Squad of Indian Origin! 🏏

The USA has announced its squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup, featuring an interesting mix of players. Notably, half of the 15-member team comprises players of Indian origin. The squad, led by captain Monank Patel, includes notable players such as Saurabh Netravalkar, Harmeet Singh, Milind Kumar, and Nisarg Patel. Former New Zealand player Corey Anderson, who played in the 2015 ODI World Cup, also finds a spot in the team.

Other key players in the squad are vice-captain Aaron Jones, Steven Taylor, Jessy Singh, Kenjige, Shalkevik, Andres Gous, Jahangir, Ali Khan, and Nitish Kumar. Additionally, Gajanand, Drysdale, and Yasir have been selected as reserve players.

The US team is set to play its opening match against Canada in Dallas, followed by encounters with Pakistan on June 6 and India on June 12. Their final match will be against Ireland in Florida on June 14. This year's T20 World Cup, hosted by the USA and the West Indies, runs from June 2 to June 29.
